Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
We collect the following information when you use IncomeAudited: your email address when you sign up for the waitlist or create an account, your subscription status and payment history through our payment processor, and anonymous usage data such as which calculator options you select. We do not store your hourly rate - this is processed client-side only and never sent to our servers.
2. How we use your information
We use your email address to send you a magic link to sign in, to notify you of changes to your subscription, to send you product updates if you have opted in, and to send quarterly rate update notifications for Pro subscribers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
3. Data storage
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU West region. Payment data is handled exclusively by Dodo Payments and is never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your payment card details.
4. Cookies and tracking
IncomeAudited uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking services. The only data we collect is what you explicitly provide.
5. Third party services
We use the following third party services: Supabase for database and authentication, Dodo Payments for payment processing, and Vercel for website hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum information necessary with each service provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at support@incomeaudited.com.
7. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
8. Children
IncomeAudited is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
